Hello everyone,

Mrs Jasper here! How are you all? Staying safe and well I hope.

This is the first of our new blogs to say hello to you all and share some of the things that we have been up to over the past few weeks.

I hope that you are well and finding plenty of lovely things to do whilst you are off school. I can’t believe that we have been off school for 5 weeks already.

I have spent lots of time with my children, making cakes and biscuits, painting, planting, playing in the garden, reading, walking the dog and drawing chalk pictures all over our patio! We have been clapping to show the NHS how much we appreciate them on a Thursday and spend time on our walks noticing the rainbows on display in windows. What have you been up to?

I love receiving all of the pictures and emails about the fantastic things that you are up to. Please keep them coming!

I hope that you have found lots of fun things to do on our website. Teachers are uploading new resources onto the system all the time so keep checking! Mrs Browne puts up a new project each week into the Art folder to make sure you have a look and have a go.

You might have noticed that the staff have been up to a something – have you seen the video?

We will be setting some challenges over the next few weeks for you to join in with. There will be merit points available. Kelly has set the challenge of Den Building. Have any of you built a den in your home that you can share with us? You could build a den for you, your family, your cat, whatever you choose! Just make sure you send me a picture when you’re done via my email [email protected] or Twitter.

I am missing you all and I look forward to us all being back at school together. Take care of yourselves and your family,

From

Mrs Jasper
